Refund and Returns

Mobster Merch excepts returns of products that go against our quality control policy- Please refer to the Damage and Quality concern policy. Refunds and Return policy is case by case. If you have any concerns about your order please contact us for possible return or exchange. Returns due to reasons other than Damages and Quality Concerns are valid if any & all shipping or handling charges are covered by customer. Please contact us to receive a return shipping label. Payment refund will be processed after we receive the order & inspect, if product has hang tag still attached, has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way payment will be returned immediately 

All orders are carefully inspected & packed before shipping. If you have any Damage or Quality concerns please provide photo evidence along with the order details via email Info.moneyhungry@gmail.com for possible refund or return & exchange. Changes to order information

If you have placed a order and would like to make a change in anyway please contact us as soon as possible. If order has not been processed changes to shipping information or order details may be altered if suitable. Billing information cannot be changed, if change is requested before order is processed the order would need to be refunded and re-ordered. Customer must provide all said order information upon request.

Exchanges

Exchanges are valid if customer is unsatisfied in most cases. Terms of Exchange may differ based on product & or reason for exchange request. For size exchange & or exchange for product of equal or lesser value product must have hang tag attached and must be unworn, unwashed, & be in the original state when received. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping and carrying charges. Customer must provide all said order information upon request
